Unusual behaviors, like errors and missing interface are mostly caused by the accumulated cache and cookies in the browser. To rule this out, you can try creating the bill using an incognito or private window. This mode doesn't save your web searches, site data, and cookies. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If you're now able to import your trips, go back to your regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and improve your browsing experience. Switching to other supported browsers can also help resolve this issue.
