I've come to help share how you're able to prepare your client's return with the correct data, @cc-princess-bb .

There are times that your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. And can be the reason why you're unable to delete the figures on the said return and why it does not contain any data.

Saying this report does not contain any date, is it a message prompt in red? And a screenshot would also help a lot. If not, let's consider logging into your QBO account using a private browser. To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to change the data of your client's return. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.

I'm adding this reference that'll help you understand your client's account and it is integrated with QuickBooks: QuickBooks Online Flat Rate Scheme Explained

If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from preparing a return, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a helping hand. Have a good one!
