My FPS submissions are being rejected by HMRC. All account information is correct.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @jane-fairhurst.

 

The rejected FPS usually caused by a problem with the Government Gateway credentials. If you've already activated the credentials and entered the ID and password correctly, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. Our specialists can recheck with the details and help you resubmit it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Help (?) menu at the top.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your brief concern in the field, then press the Let’s talk button.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.
