My vat has been connected for ages now but all of a sudden it’s not connected i have re authorised but that dosnt seem to have changed anything has anyone had this before

are you getting a take action on your taxes page? 

 

If so what does it say when you click into where it says take action? 

 

Could you send us a screenshot of what you see so we can help you?

It says take action with a red exclamation when I click on this it brings me to a page saying register for mtd which we have been for over a year , re authorise which I did check vat number which was done . I don’t understand what can be wrong
