My VAT Refund wont allow me to receive now or later.

Hello I recently filed my return and had a Refund, I have selected my accounts receivable to which the refund will be debited. However my receive now and receive later do not respond.

This is an issue we has recently been brought up with our Desktop team we have done some testing to try and replicate the issue and pin point where this is coming from
