New pc use ms edge browser. can log in but cannot see my VAT as page just keeps refreshing and no data showing

A possible cache or browser issue is not letting you save a backup copy of your account, peter79.

 

Do you have a different browser installed in your computer? QBO also works well with Google Chrome and Firefox. You can also switch or open an incognito/private browsing session if you only have Micorsoft Edge. Just click the Settings and More icon, and select New InPrivate window.

 

Then, log back in to your account and check if you can already load or see data in your VAT 

page.
