New today - going VAT registered on the 1st -Im trying to organise sales tax, but says county is incorrect?

For the error message you mentioned, I suggest you double-check the company address you've entered for your QBO company.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. On the Company tab, search for the Address section and click it.
4. Review the Company address and edit if necessary.
