Organize Fuel Charges

We use QuickBooks online. We have our bank account synced. Can I organize from my bank account charges or would I need to enter a bill to attach the charge to?

Hi Alicia210, thanks for joining the Community - there's no requirement to add a bill/receipt attachment or to create a manual entry for this in QuickBooks. You can instead add the charge directly from the connected bank feed and QuickBooks will create a new transaction for this. If the charges are regular, you can create bank rules for these to speed up the review process. 🙂
