Several of my clients cannot connect to HMRC using QB VAT portal, error message states they are not registered for MTD when they are?I can connect via Taxfiler

This is the case with more than one client and I have rang HMRC who have clarified there are no issues on their side

Can you get them to try clearing their cache and cookie to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try again does the same thing still happen?
