Question

The VAT rate for "O" (purchases) is appearing as 23% when this should be 0%. It appears to be linked to the change in the new Irish VAT rate setting. Can I change this?

Could you send us a screenshot of your vat rates page, please?

 

To find this page is -

 

Left-hand side navigation bar click on taxes>vat>edit vat>edit rates and take a screenshot of that page and send it to us so we can have a closer look for you.
