Trying mobile app for Sales Estimate. Not vat registered. Cannot move on as it's demanding a tax rate in the box. Also, Products/Services that are inactive still showing

Let's make sure to select the No Vat in the TAX IS EXCLUSIVE field. This way, you'll be able to finish creating a sales estimate. Let me guide you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile App:

1. Click the Menu (3 vertical lines) icon.
2. Select Estimates and click Create estimate.
3. Fill in the details.
4. Click Add Line item.
5. Select a Product/Services item.
6. Select No Vat in the TAX IS EXCLUSIVE field. 

Once done, let's refresh your QBO app so that it will not show the inactive Product/Service item. That way, it'll sync any changes made in your QBO app. Here's how.

1. Go to the Menu (3 vertical line) icon.
2. Scroll up and select Help & Feedback section.
3. Then click Refresh Data.
