Vat drop box not working in sales invoicing. There is nothing to select in drop box but there was before.

The stored data in your browser may result in unexpected behaviours. Let's access your account using a private or incognito browser to isolate this concern. 

 

Here's are the keyboard shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P 
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 

Once you've signed to your account, let's try creating an invoice. If the VAT drop-down works,  you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough.
