VAT FRS quarter changed

I am using the VAT rate of 10% but currently I'm liable for 9% using the 12 month discount, I changed my VAT quarter from February to March therefore this will be January 9% but February and March are at 10%  is there a way I can Adjust  this on the quickbooks ?

Can I ask are you filing though MTD your vat or not?

Hello BetaOly, 

 

Unfortunately there is no way of recording the too different flat rate amounts within MTD, you can only have one percent at a time. It would be a case of you would need to speak to HMRC about this and see how they wold like you to record the vat for the discount month.
