Vat Hmrc payment

Previous HMRC VAT payments will not go under expenses (box 7) in the VAT return, Lucy. The information below tackles the expenditures included when filing VAT returns.

Please know that box 7 in the VAT return only includes the total value of purchases and all other inputs, excluding any VAT. Depending on your VAT accounting scheme, you can check out HMRC guidelines to determine which values will go in this box.
