Question

When I try to prepare my vat return there is not data on the form only figures, is there update needed to fix or is still ok to send as is.

I tried preparing my VAT return and it looks just fine, neil-burwood. 

 

Sometimes stored cache files within your regularly used browser causes QuickBooks not to function as expected. We can perform a few troubleshooting steps to fix the unusual behavior. 

 

Let's log in to QuickBooks through a private browser and prepare your return again. If the data and figures displayed correctly, we can go back to your main browser and clear its cache. You can also use other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
