Where are my a2x amazon settlements there is nothing in sales/all sales.

The Settlements will be sent to QuickBooks Online as a Journal Entry. The easiest way to look for it is through the Search (Magnifying glass) icon at the upper right of your QuickBooks account. Once done, you'll have to match and reconcile the account on your bank account.

Here's how:

1. Click the Search (Magnifying icon).
2. Look for the settlements you've posted.
3. You'll be routed to the Journal Entry page, then review the context.
4. Click Save and close.

To Match, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Banking tab and then go to For Review.
2. Look for the journal, then click Match.

Now, you'll have to reconcile the accounts to your bank deposit.
