Where do i manually input my sales. I have done this with purchases and want to same with sales so i can submit a vat return?

You can create sales receipts or invoices from the create icon that is located in the top right hand corner of the screen, it is a white disk with a cross in it. Under customer you can select either sales receipt or invoice.
