Why are 5% & 10% VAT transactions not included on Box 4 VAT reclaimed report therefore underestimating the VAT to be reclaimed?

Please check the the custom VAT codes have been created correctly to post on purchases - you can view the code by going to Taxes > Edit VAT > Edit rates and click onto the tax code showing here. This should show 'TAX ON PURCHASE ITEMS' and the percentage.
