Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community again, ciaragilmore-yah. I'll ensure your sales will appear on the Business overview page in QuickBooks Online by following the troubleshooting steps below.

When viewing data from the Business overview section, you'll have to make sure that you choose the correct date. This is to ensure that the accurate transactions or total sales show up on the said page.

If the issue persists, it might be the cache full of history and temp files that caused unexpected behaviors like sales not showing up on the Business overview. I suggest logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Lastly, you can open this article to see details on how you can customise reports in QBO, and format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have more queries about managing your sales in QuickBooks Online. I'd be glad to assist you further, ciaragilmore-yah. Take care always!
