why does "sync to spreadsheets" for customers update the shipping address not billing address

The new sync to spreadsheet is a great idea but unfortunately when I try to update the billing address it only updates the shipping address for the customer

Hello Steve Orme1, Thanks for reaching out about spreadsheet sync.  Do you have all billing states selected in the filter under all transaction types?

Sorry do you mean within Quickbooks Online or within spreadsheet sync ?,

 

Within the excel sync, I am using company data and selecting supplier and customer as the data to change

I can see the convenience of updating your customer's billing and shipping address using Spreadsheet sync. To provide the correct resolution, I need more information.

 

I'd like to know what template you are using to change the customer's billing address. Do your customers have the same billing and shipping address? Have you received any errors when uploading the data to QuickBooks?
