Why on main cis page has amounts deducted all changed to 0. also msg rec to say aug cis showing higher figure on hmrc but not even filed when checked.

Welcome to the Community page, 

For the Deductions reducing to zero, the system seems to have done that when marking periods as filled up to the June return. You might still see the right figures using the view return option, otherwise, you will need to run a CIS report from the main reports page. 

The CIS being higher on HMRC than on Quickbooks, could you please check if the HMRC amount matched the total payments column rather than the CIS deduction.
