Hey there, jpmoore35.

To isolate the issue, I'd like to make sure this isn't a problem with the browser. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. It's possible that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks, to act weirdly. Let's try logging into your QuickBooks account using the private browser.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once done, let's try to connect your account again then check if the account is already displayed. If we're able to do it, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the junk files and stored site data.

If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser This can be an issue with the browser that you use and QuickBooks.
