Zero rated purchases are not appearing on vat return in boxes 4 & 7 -Quickbooks Pro Desktop

There are a couple of different things which can cause the Vat codes to not post to Vat return boxes.

Firstly, in case this is a data issue, I would advise verifying and rebuilding the company file.

To do this, go to 'File', 'Utilities', 'Verify' and then follow the on screen instructions.

Then, go to 'File', 'Utilities' and 'Rebuild.'

Once done, close quickbooks down entirely and re open.

If the Zero rated Vat code is still not posting on the detail report to boxes 4 and 7, I would then advise you give our dedicated customer support team on 0808 168 9535 in order to investigate this further.
