We are a small group with in-house accounting department.The holding is UK based, we have a subsidiary in UK, 2 in France, 1 in Portugal, and 1 in Brazil.We need to move to cloud based accounting system which can manage many companies, currencies and offer some budgeting tools.In this context, could you please help me regarding QuickBooks ? Is it possible ? It does not seem that 1 can create more than 1 company linked to 1 account with the QBO Plus package (27£ per month) ?Could I go for the QuickBooks Online Accountant package even if we are in-house ? Thanks
I am using Quickbooks Desktop 2019.I have emailed a customer a sales invoice direct from Quickbooks as a pdf.When my customers opens the pdf and tries to edit the PDF ( to upload to their accounts system ) they receice a prompt to enter a permissions password.Can I turn this functionality off or can I set and share a password with my customer?Many thanks in advance.Kind regardsJames

Hiya all, As described in the heading, I've recently subscribed to QB self employed, but my invoices from QB are to QBONewCompany. This obviously isn't my business name and I don't recall being asked for this information when setting up the account. It's really annoying me, but I've been looking around my online account and can't work out how to update this information. My tax and customer invoice information shows the correct name, it's just correspondence to me from QB. Does anyone know how to correct this please? TIA
Hello QuickBooks team, I have gone into my account settings - billing and noticed that only invoices dated February 2019 and later are available for donwload. Is it possible to get access to invoices that pre-date this, for example to the start of my subscription? I am using QuickBooks Online. Thank you. Kindest regards, Bojan Telebak
