Adding a second user

When I invite a second user to QBO, they are not receiving an email to accept the invitation.  We are on Quickbooks Plus and only have one existing user & one accountant.  I How do I correct this?

Hi HFHC,

 

Inviting others into your QuickBooks Online Account is one of the many great features you have access to. I'd be happy to help get this invite sent to another user.

 

There are a few things that can prevent an invite from going through. As this can be on either side you should also provide the other person these steps. If QuickBooks Online isn't working as it should the first step we should try is clearing out your browsers cache and cookies by following the steps in this article. Once they are cleared try sending it again. The next step would be to have the other person white list emails from QuickBooks by following the steps in here. Finally if they still have issues accessing it you can try sending it to your own email to see if you receive it.
