Ageing ERROR in client statement in QBO

Hello,

 

Could you kindly assist with fixing the error in the statement. The ageing doesn't show correct figures compared to the customer balance.

Hi Abdulhusein,

 

It's great to see you reaching out to Community.  Welcome! To ensure all figures are accurate on the customer statement, I'd recommend having a look at their invoices to determine if there's any that should be marked as paid.  This can implicate the amounts on the customer statement as you've described in your post.  I'd also suggest having a look in the Audit Log for any items that may have been edited or deleted.  To check this, go to > the Gear icon in the top right corner > click on Audit Log.  Select the Date Changed using the drop-down arrow > in the Events box, choose Deleted/Voided transactions.  I hope this helps!
