It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  The issue you're experiencing has been reported by other QuickBooks Online users, so you're definitely not alone.   Our Development Team is working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Although I don't have an ETA for resolution, you contact us outside of Community, so we can get you set up for an email notification when this has been fixed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
