Hi there Shane,

I love hearing that you want to set up 5 of your companies with QuickBooks Online. This is a great way to manage your books, especially while on-the-go. There are a couple of ways that I've interpreted your post, so let me point you in the right direction.

If you'd like to set up all of your companies under 1 subscription, that won't be possible. Each company will need its own QuickBooks Online subscription. In situations like these where you have multiple companies that you'll be subscribing with, our Sales department might be able to arrange something to make this process a little easier. You can contact Sales by calling 1-888-829-8589 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.

If you're looking to use the same sign-in information for all 5 company subscriptions, I'm happy to tell you that that's definitely possible. After you've set up 1 subscription, you'll be able to select the small sign in hyperlink next to Already have an Intuit account? rather than create new login credentials. If you've already created all accounts using different credentials, it's simply a matter of managing your Intuit account to change the info for each account so that it matches up. Follow this link to do so.

In case this is your first time using QuickBooks Online to manage your business' books, I encourage you to check out the article I've shared below. It's a great starting point to get you familiar with setting up your business and maximizing your use of the program:
