Can my client cancel their payroll subscription until the end of the year and then activate subscription to do T4's?

If your client decides to cancel your subscription, it's important to note that your data will be available for Read-Only access for 1 year and after that, the data gets deleted. This gives your client an ample amount of time to cancel and re-activate the subscription with all their data on the account.
