Can one accountant share files with another accountant about a shared client?

I subscribe to QB Online Accountant because I have multiple clients.  Now I need to share documents with my clients accountant.  It only shows my bookkeeping company as the subscriber the accountant.  How can I share files with another accounting firm?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a flexible program that simplifies the way you manage your books. I'd be glad to provide with information on the option to share files with another accountant regarding a shared client.

 

At this time, sharing files with another accountant about a shared client isn't an option in Quickbooks. I encourage you to find a third-party app to complete the task you're looking for. You can click on the Apps tab on the left navigation menu >and then select Find Apps.

 

If you'd like to include the option to share files with another accountant regarding a shared client in QuickBooks, I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
