Can someone help me upgrade my subscription through Google pay? Settings isn't giving me an upgrade option ...

Thanks for reaching out to Community.  Welcome!  It's great to hear that your staying with the QuickBooks family and looking to update your subscription for your business.  I'd be happy to provide the information you need so you can get started with the associated features without further delay!

 

As you've mentioned, you won't see the option to upgrade your subscription within the account.  This is due to the separate billing models.  In your case, I recommend contacting us so we can gather the necessary information to transfer the partner billing to Intuit, so you'll be able to upgrade your subscription effortlessly.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
