Can the Qc user be required to fill in certain customer information screens ( email , phone no , etc)

I ned to make sure that certain vital data is collected by my clerks when entering a new customer. Can certain fields be tagged as essential of required to be completed before the new customer cretaion can be completed

I can appreciate your interest is defining required elements to ensure your clerks enter new customer information, in accordance with your business needs.  QuickBooks Online provides default options for customer details during the initial set up process.  However, there's no way to flag required fields prior to saving the information at this time.  I can see how this would be beneficial moving forward and suggest providing your recommendation to our Development Team.  We appreciate any ideas that you may have to provide you with the best customer experience possible when using QuickBooks Online.
