Can you change email for subscription without going online from a computer?

Hello info-jeffreybuil,

 

I'm happy to let you know that you can access your Intuit account in order to change your email from almost any device, as long as you have access to a browser with an internet connection. This is one of the awesome perks of using QuickBooks Online! Not only can you access and work on your books from anywhere, you can also make changes to your account, and subscription details. Let me show you how.

 

To change the email address associated with your QuickBooks Online subscription, follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Access the browser from your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to accounts.intuit.com
  3. Log in with your existing user ID or email address and password.
  4. Select Sign in & security to update your email address.
  5. Under Email address, enter the new email you'd like to use.
  6. Save your changes.

 

If you use your email address as your User ID, you'll want to change that from the Sign in & security page as well. If you no longer have access to the email address that's currently being used, that's an easy fix! Simply fill out the Email Change Request form, attach a clear copy of your photo ID, and within 3-4 business hours you'll be back to business.
