Can you use "spreadsheet sync" on quickbooks online Accountant? I cannot find it anywhere. the company I am trying to use it on has online advance.

Glad to have you reach out to us here. It's essential you're able to utilize the features offered in QuickBooks and I'll be glad to point you in the right direction. QuickBooks makes it easy for you to keep track of your accounting with ease. 

It's good you've checked that you're primary admin as that's one of the caveats that can prevent you from using Speadsheet Sync. Another caveat to be aware of is you'll also need to be using Excel Office 365 as it won't work with older Excel versions. If your computer's embedded browser is Internet Explorer 11, install this file to upgrade your browser to Microsoft Edge. I also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser to make sure your browser is working correctly.  Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently.
