Question

Cannot connect to my bank accounts suddenly. Log in info is 100% correct. Need assistance ASAP.

I know how to connect. There is just an issue on QBO where it is not allowing me to.

Welcome to Community!  Having the ability to connect your bank is vital to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks. It's important that your transactions can be uploaded in QuickBooks Online without delay.  I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't performed any previous trouble shooting steps, I suggest clearing cache on your browser and then sign into QuickBooks Online in private or incognito mode.  We recommend Safari, Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox.

 

Should you continue to experience the same behavior, I recommend contacting us using one of the methods below.  This will allow us to gather sensitive information and look further in to it from our end.  We'll also have the opportunity to escalate the situation to our Development Team if further investigation may be warranted.

 

In the interim, here's how to upload the transactions manually if needed.  I recommend reviewing the last transaction that was uploaded into QuickBooks to prevent duplicate entries, prior to following the manual process. 

 

Follow these steps to remove duplicate transactions:

 

1. Go to the For Review tab

2. Check the box for each transaction you want to exclude

3. Hit Exclude

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in >enter "Contact support" > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
