Changing Payment Method - Canada

I am trying to change my payment method however when i select "change payment method" and the card information pops up, it is defaulted as Zip code and State. There is no option to change to Postal Code and Province.

I did not have this issue with my last payment card.

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to update your payment method for your QuickBooks Online subscription, without delay.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Please ensure the company address is complete, and that it is an exact match with the address associated with your payment method.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community, so we can look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
