Credit card is already charged but I get this error "Update billing info to run payroll We were unable to charge your monthly subscription fee to your credit card."?
I was trying to run payroll but getting this error "Update billing info to run payroll We were unable to charge your monthly subscription fee to your credit card." My Credit card is already charged but I get this error, does any one knows what's wrong ?
I reached out to QBO Care for help , did screen sharing and explained error, more than 10 days are passed but problem is not solved and no communication from QBO. Did anyone faced this earlier?
