For Offline accounting purposes, can this be set up and used for receiving charitable donations? If so, how?

Hi there, @A_C_.

 

Yes, you can use QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro 2021 in tracking charitable donations you've received. In QBDT, you can track the donations as deposits or sales receipts. If you have a nonprofit QBDT file, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Nonprofit tab, then click on Enter Donations (Sales Receipts) or Make Deposits (if you wish to enter make a deposit).
  2. Fill in the information.
  3. Click on Save and Close.
