Question

Despite selecting 'Remember Me,' I have to log in and receive a call OTP each time, even without two-factor authentication enabled. Please assist.

I am experiencing an issue with the "Remember Me" feature on my PC. Despite selecting this option, I am required to log in every time and it consistently asks for a call OTP, even though I have not set up any two-factor authentication.

Welcome to the Intuit Community. It's important you're able to log into your account and I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction. 

 

Based on what you've described, I recommend accessing the back-end of your account so you can log in and verify/update your account info.  You can also turn off the  two-step verification on your account if you'd like. Here are the steps:

 

1. Sign in to your Intuit account using this URL http://accounts.intuit.com.
2. From the left menu, select Sign In & Security.
3. In the Two-step verification section, select Turn off.
4. Enter the code, then select Continue.
