Disabled Online Account

In the middle of the afternoon today, we were locked out of our Quickbooks Online.  They just took our payment May 11th, we received NO notification and we can't even log in, it just says out account is disabled when we try to log in.  I have tried support on live chat and via phone with NO response.

 

Did this happen to anyone else?
