Does a new user need to register an intuit account? I created a user. They received the email. But was not prompted for a password.

It's important that all the members of your team have access to the tools they need. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your books from any location with an internet connection. I can provide some information about sending invitations.

When sending an invitation to a user, they can have an Intuit user ID already created, or they can create it when accepting the invitation. If the invitation email doesn't have the option to create a user, I recommend trying to delete the user by going to the Gear Icon, Manage users, then clicking on the actions button to remove them so you can add them again to send out a new invitation.
