does anyone know what the sign in time frame is? We used to sign in to the bank feed and not worry about having to sign in again, now we have to at least once a month.

QuickBooks allows you to adjust the time it takes before the system automatically signs out due to inactivity. Here's how to manage the setting on your end:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
4. Click the pencil icon to edit the Other Preferences section.
5. Set the hour to Sign Me Out If Inactive for.
6. Click Save and then Done.

In case you experience issues after saving the settings above, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
