Downgrading Our Current QBO Subscription

Our company has transitioned to an ERP system in mid 2022. We have used QBO eversince prior to the switch. Our current subscription is still the Quickbooks Online Advanced. We would like to downgrade the subscription to just be able to access all historical transactions and back up documents.

 

What is the best plan to switch to? Will appreciate your advise as we want to make sure we retain the historical data.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online let's you manage your subscription within product.  Before changing plans, I encourage you to review our plans and pricing page, to find the best fits your business needs.  It's important to note that QuickBooks Online Advanced,  includes many features that aren't available in other plans.   For this reason, I feel you would benefit more my contacting our QuickBooks Online Advanced Customer Care team, for further guidance with downgrading your subscription.

You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to QB Desktop file format and use the trial version to access your historical data for good.
