Question

Every time I try to open a new tab, I am required to sign in again, and a new tab doesn't open?

Welcome to the community family! From what you're describing, it sounds like you're using the + tab in the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac to open a new window. This great feature helps you work in multiple tabs at once, and I want to make sure you're able to.

 

Making sure you have the latest release of the app and resetting your app data to clear the cache ensures there's no bug in the program and errors when navigating. To reset your app data, simply go to the uppermost Help menu in the app and choose Reset App Data. Don't worry; this doesn't affect any existing data in your books. It instead removes accumulated temporary internet files that can cause issues in the software.
