Hello,I have another staff working with me through my company Turbo tax subscription. When I update the tax settings, changes are not saved after I click save.

I will like to have each tax preparer has the unique tax preparer information attached to their tax profile account. However, the tax preparer information in the tax settings doesn't update after making changes in each staff user account.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's essential that the tax information is accurate in each tax preparer's profile.  I recommend contacting our TurboTax support team by following this link.  They will be able to speak with you directly, and ensure your staff information is entered accurately, as soon as possible!
