Hello. I need to reset my QBOA. Can anyone help me on this?

As I know they don't provide the purge feature for QBOA. You can signup for a new one with another email address.

As 4Gal has mentioned above, the option to purge a QBOA account isn't available as it's a free account. You're welcome to manually delete the entries on the existing account or you can also open a brand new account. Let me know what works best for you. I'll be here.
