Hey my subscription is through Google play, but it won't show up to resubscribe

It's always great to see a new face in the QuickBooks Community! Making sure you get the best support is our top priority. I would be happy to point you in the right direction.

 

Since your subscription isn't through Intuit, we don't have access to your billing. I recommend reaching out to the Google Play Store support team for assistance with billing and subscription. They'll be able to looking into the reason why you're not seeing the option to resubscribe.

 

If you'd like to transfer your billing to Intuit, you can do so by reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
