Question

Hi. I have recently purchased T1 pro tax subscription for accountant. How could I activate my subscription?

How I can make sure it is activated? In the email sent to me it says click on gear icon and then click on My account. I cannot see my account. Please help. Thank you

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access to ProTax.  I suggest contacting us outside of Community so we can work with you directly and ensure you're ProTax subscription is active as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
