Hi I'm trying to activate my 18 month subscription I got. It is sort of confusing how to do this as it didn't become active when I tried to sign up on the app

Welcome back. I see you're still working on resolving this situation with your 18-month trial and I want to make sure you're able to get the answers you need. I'll go over this for you.

 

As I mentioned in my response on your other thread, the 18-month trial that's part of the TurboTax Self-Employed bundle is applicable to QuickBooks Self-Employed accounts. Since it seems you're using QuickBooks Online, this deal isn't something that can be applied to your QuickBooks Online account.
