Hi I’ve recently started the certification, and completed the first two modules videos, but they are still showing in progress, and I’ve watched the final videos 3 times

It's great that you're making your way through the certification training modules in QuickBooks Online Accountant to ensure that you have the knowledge to help your clients. The certification will give them confidence in you as an accountant that they are considering working with and is a good way to show off your skills.

The modules are fantastic tools for sharpening your QuickBooks skills, but you should be able to complete the certification without the modules showing as complete. It doesn't count against your certification exam score and it shouldn't prevent you from actually going through and answering the questions. If you have more videos to watch, feel free to do that first and then go through the exam when you're ready to get certified.

If for some reason the modules are preventing you from completing or even starting the exam, you can start with some troubleshooting. The steps below are useful to ensure that the cache, Internet, app, or browser aren't negatively impacting QuickBooks Online's cloud platform. Give these a shot.

• Clear browser cache if using a browser
• Clear the app cache if using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
